Veloxity Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Veloxity LLC, the Veloxity.com website, and the Veloxity CRM application; and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Veloxity include Veloxity LLC, the Veloxity.com website, and the Veloxity CRM application. By using the website and/or CRM application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Definitions
Veloxity LLC The owner and operator of the Veloxity.com website and Veloxity CRM.
Veloxity CRM The CRM application offered by Veloxity LLC. This application is web-based, but for the purposes of this document is to be distinguished from the Veloxity.com website.
Customer A user of the Veloxity CRM application. This definition applies to both users with a paid subscription and users within a free trial.
Custom Data Any data that is entered into a Customer’s CRM application.
Types of Personal Data Collected by Veloxity
The types of data collected by Veloxity depends on if and how the Veloxity website and Veloxity CRM are used.
The Veloxity website collects anonymized usage data, such as time spent on each page and what kind of navigation occurs between pages. When signing up for Veloxity CRM from the Veloxity website, the Customer must provide an email address, first and last name, country, company name, and phone number.
The Veloxity CRM application collects anonymized usage data, such as how often a feature used and how much time is spent in an active session. When additional users are added to a Customer’s Veloxity CRM application, an email address, first name, and last name are required.
How Personal Data is Collected by Veloxity and Why it is Collected
Veloxity Website
The Veloxity.com website collects personal data through form submissions, such as an individual signing up for a Veloxity CRM trial. This information may be used for marketing purposes (for example, asking how the Veloxity CRM trial is going). This data may also be used for customer support purposes. This data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to perform the services requested by the Customer.
The Veloxity.com website and the Veloxity CRM use Google Analytics to track anonymized usage data. This information is shared with the Google Analytics platform to learn how individuals use the website and application. This is used to enhance marketing strategies for the Veloxity website and to learn how Customers use Veloxity CRM to better target new features and changes.
Veloxity CRM
Given the nature of CRM applications, Customer Data will likely contain personal data. However, this data is collected and used by the Customer. As such, the Customer acts as the Data Controller and the Veloxity CRM as the Data Processor. The Veloxity CRM application processes the data only to provide the service which the Customer has signed up for.
Veloxity LLC employees do not access this Customer Data, except when granted explicit access by the Customer for technical support reasons. This Customer Data is not shared with any third parties, except where necessary to perform the services requested by the Customer.
Customers may opt-in to allowing Veloxity CRM to access their Google data. This is used as a way to empower Customers to send and receive emails relating to Customer Data within the Customer’s CRM. This Google data is treated as Customer Data, as outlined above.
Veloxity CRM’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Customers may opt-in to allowing Veloxity CRM to integrate with Zoom. This is used as a way to empower Customers to schedule video meetings relating to Customer Data within the Customer’s CRM. Any data that is created as result of the Zoom integration is treated as Customer Data, as outlined above.
When additional users are added to the Veloxity CRM application by a Customer, the email address, first name, and last name of these users are collected by Veloxity LLC. This information may be used for customer support and marketing purposes. This information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to perform the services requested by the Customer.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
The Veloxity CRM application makes use of third parties to provide the services requested by the Customer. A list of Third Parties and links to their Privacy Policies follows:

Cookies
The Veloxity website and Veloxity CRM use cookies to enhance the user experience, such as by remembering some user preferences. Some third party services used by Veloxity also use cookies to perform their services. A list of cookies used by Veloxity and by third parties are listed below:

Data Retention
Personal data is collected by Veloxity for particular purposes, as outlined above. The Veloxity policy is to retain this personal data for no longer than is necessary to serve these purposes, unless required by legal obligations to retain it for a longer period of time.
Communications from Veloxity
Customers may be contacted for administrative and marketing purposes. Customers may opt-out of marketing communications following the instructions found in marketing emails, or by using the Contact Information provided in this privacy policy.
Business Transfers
In the event of a business transfer or acquisition, all data controlled and processed by Veloxity will be transferred to the acquirer, so long as a substantially consistent privacy policy is put in place by the acquirer.
Children Under 13
Veloxity and all services provided by it are not intended to be used or marketed to anyone under the age of 13. Parents or guardians of children who may have provided personal data to Veloxity should contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Information provided in this privacy policy.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Veloxity LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Customers will be notified about significant changes via email and/or by updating this Privacy Policy on the Veloxity website. Your continued use of the Veloxity website, Veloxity CRM, and any other services offered after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
